About the association “Les bâtisseurs de Laelith” ("The Laelith Builders")
The association Les bâtisseurs de Laelith is an association governed by the French Law of July 1, 1901 (a French non-profit organization), and was registered in the Journal Officiel (Official Journal of the French Republic) on June 23, 2026 (RNA number: W563015931).
Its purpose is as follows:
to manage the development and consistency of the fictional universe of Laelith, as well as its heritage and transmission.
It brings together many historic authors of the Holy City (1985, 1990, and 2021 versions), as well as new pilgrims eager to take part in the Adventure.
This This association succeeds the other entities that previously held the intellectual property rights to Laelith and its trademark, namely Excelsior Publications (former publisher of “Casus Belli”, a French RPG Magazine), Black Book Editions, and the Laelith Foundation.

Joining the association is not a prerequisite for taking part in the Laelith.com community portal and does not provide any additional services. Please note that the Association is also open for non-French speakers.
Joining the association
Running this community platform costs money: servers, software, and so on. You can support the association by becoming a member. The membership fee is €20 per year (€10 for sign-ups made in the second half of the calendar year). Becoming a member also lets you take part in the decisions made at the general meetings, and so become a true builder of Laelith yourself.
How do I become a member?
It’s very simple: send an e-mail to our contact address giving your first name, last name and postal address (as well as the username of your Laelith account if you chose to sign up on laelith.com). We will reply with the details for payment by bank transfer.
The Laelith Builders association warmly thanks you for your support!
Note: the association runs a solidarity fund for people who wish to join but are facing financial difficulties. You can contribute to that fund by giving more than the membership fee. If you are in difficulty, please mention it in your message. This will remain confidential.
